Upon your arrival in Cebu, depending on your itinerary, you will either be picked up directly at the airport or from your hotel. We will arrange all your transfers to the port, as well as your boat journey to Siquijor.

Upon arrival on the island, your private driver will be waiting at the port to take you to your hotel. You will travel through Siquijor’s tropical landscapes, passing coconut palms, small villages, and lush vegetation along the way.

This first journey will give you a glimpse of the island’s peaceful and authentic atmosphere, far from the hustle and bustle of the Philippines’ more popular destinations. Along the way, you will catch sight of your first beaches framed by crystal-clear waters and quiet roads winding through the island.

Once you arrive at your hotel, you can settle in comfortably and enjoy the rest of the day at your own pace. Depending on your preference, you can relax by the pool, explore the surrounding area, or simply take in the laid-back atmosphere of Siquijor.

Today, set out to discover Siquijor and explore the island by tuk-tuk. Your driver will be waiting for you at the hotel reception.

You will be charmed by the tranquility and natural beauty of Siquijor, which the Spanish once called La Puerta Isla del Fuego, or “The Island of Fire,” referring to the swarms of fireflies that illuminated the talisay trees at night.

After breakfast, you will follow the island’s approximately 80-kilometer circular road, which is generally quiet and offers a wonderful way to discover Siquijor’s diverse landscapes and beautiful coastal beaches, including Salagdoong Beach.

Along the way, you will visit the historic Lazi Church and Convent, before cooling off at the beautiful Cambugahay Falls. You will also have the opportunity to learn about the fascinating traditional practices of local healers, which have contributed to Siquijor’s reputation as a mystical island. A relaxing fish spa beneath a centuries-old banyan tree will add a unique touch to your island experience.

Before returning to your hotel, you may also wish to visit a shell museum located just beside the resort, if this is of interest to you.

For those who enjoy exploring, renting a scooter is an excellent way to discover the island at your own pace and uncover some of its hidden treasures. You can visit Mount Bandilaan, the highest point on the island, offering beautiful panoramic views, or explore Cantabon Cave, known for its impressive rock formations.

Today, you will enjoy a free day with the option to discover the exceptional marine environment of Apo Island, one of the Philippines’ most renowned marine sanctuaries.

Accessible by boat from Siquijor, Apo Island is world-famous for its rich coral reefs and the frequent presence of sea turtles swimming in the shallow waters.

During the excursion, you can explore spectacular underwater landscapes covered with hard and soft corals, large schools of tropical fish, and areas frequented by numerous green sea turtles.

Thanks to its protected marine reserve status for several decades, Apo Island is home to some of the best-preserved reefs in the Philippines, making it a wonderful optional excursion for travelers visiting the region.

Today, you will leave your hotel in Siquijor and head to the port to board the ferry to Cebu. The crossing takes approximately 3–4 hours and offers beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding Visayan islands. It is also a pleasant opportunity to relax and enjoy the journey.

Upon arrival at the port of Cebu, your driver will be waiting to welcome you and transfer you to your hotel in the city or its surroundings.

You will then arrive in Cebu City, one of the Philippines’ most vibrant destinations, known for its lively atmosphere, rich history, and cultural heritage. From its Spanish colonial landmarks and modern shopping centers to its bustling local life, Cebu offers an interesting contrast to the quieter islands you have visited earlier.

After checking in at your hotel, the rest of the day will be free for you to relax or begin exploring the city at your own pace. You may take a stroll, enjoy your hotel’s facilities, or explore the surrounding area according to your preferences.

For a gentle introduction to Cebu, you could visit the Temple of Leah, which offers panoramic views over the city, or head to Tops Lookout, an excellent spot to enjoy the sunset and take in the views of Cebu.
